Meet Our Founder

Priscilla Adjoa Asante 

Founder and CEO

Priscilla Asante is an accomplished agribusiness leader and entrepreneur, the Founder/CEO of Rosswood Ltd, Rosswood Exp Ltd, and Rosswood USA LLC, with extensive expertise in product innovation, sustainable supply chain management, and international market expansion. She has a proven track record of driving growth through product diversification, having developed three distinct product lines comprising over 17 varieties.

She is adept at implementing robust quality and traceability. Enhancing product integrity, reducing operational costs and facilitating export competitiveness. Under her leadership, Rosswood established a U.S. branch in Denver, Colorado, significantly expanding its international footprint. Priscilla has successfully secured over US$1 million in grants and loans to support business expansion, Sustainable Farming strategies and certifications. Through Rosswood’s Impact activities, she has led the cultivation of strategic partnerships with 1,164 cashew farmers, mostly women, youth and people with disabilities, fostering sustainable sourcing, improving livelihoods, and building resilient and inclusive supply chains.

Her commercial acumen is demonstrated through the development of extensive distribution networks, including partnerships with over 200 retail outlets and participation in major international trade fairs in the African Continental Free Trade Area, Europe and North America.

She holds an HND in Purchasing & Supply from Accra Technical University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Greenwich (UK), and a Master of Arts in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana.

 

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Creation (MBC) Global from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business. Priscilla is also an alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and of the JICA FemPower Africa initiative, which provided training in Kaizen methodologies.

 

Priscilla also brings to businesses sustainable procurement and Traceable raw materials from Ghana, positioning her as an asset in guiding Rosswood’s global growth and sustainability agenda.

 

She loves travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
