Our Resolutions

1. We intentionally, as a matter of policy, source our raw cashew nuts from female and young adult small-scale farmers in the Bono and Ahafo region of Ghana at competitive prices, as their male counterparts.

2. Females and young adults who fall within the legal employable ages constitute about 90% of our workforce. They are chiefly engaged from within the communities of our operations to promote decent jobs and livelihoods, as our slogan ‘Nourishing Communities’ fosters.
